The New York Mets Billy Wagner is at it again. During his most recent weekly radio interview, Billy Wagner again ripped his NY Mets teammates and stirred things up in the clubhouse.

"You should be talking to the guys over there," Wagner barked at the reporters in the locker room, "Oh, they're not there. Big shock."

Sorry Billy boy, but maybe you should be taking a page out of the other guys books. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is nothing in your contract that says you have to grant interviews in the locker room after every game.

Being on the greatest stage in sports, on one of the most popular teams in a town that has hundreds of thousands of media outlets automatically puts you into the lime-light. The Mets have their own damn tv channel for crying out loud!! So often new players are questioned as to how they will perform on the big stage that is NY. Some stick to baseball, their teams, and focus on winning. Others putz around, complain about the media, and generally cause distress amongst their teammates and fans.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Billy Wagner has flown off the hook. A pattern like this can't be good for team morale. If you have a need to call out your teammates, its best done behind closed doors, not infront of the cameras and reporters.
