Mets won't go after Bonds

Lets face it, Barry Bonds isn't worth the price of admission. Yes, technically he is the home run king, and yes technically he did win all those MVP awards, but at what cost? the integrity of the game?

Despite the Mets dire need to find help in the outfield, Barry can't cover right the way we need him to. He might hit 20 dingers, drive in 60 runs and put some butts in the seats, but can't we get that (minus the crowd draw) for about 12 million cheaper from Ryan Church?

No way do the Mets make a play for Barry.
